What do I need to do to cancel subscription?
Simply send us a mail or call us and your
subscription will be cancelled. Any amount paid for the month in which
account is cancelled will be refunded. If you cancel during trial
period, no amount will be charged to your credit card.
How is my subscription calculated if I add or
delete employees and/or time clocks?
You will be billed for maximum number of
employees and time clocks used with our services for a given month. For
example, for first month if your maximum number of employees has been
25 and next month number of employees drop to 20, you will be
automatically billed for 25 employees for the first month and 20
employees for the second month.
Can I use Somroli Systems fingerprint time clocks without subscription to web services?
Yes. Somroli Systems fingerprint time clocks are unlocked and can be conveniently used with free desktop software provided with each time clock.
